yoga is the art of creating opening and flexibility of the body on a very deep internal level. this open of the internal organs sets a deep path to opening of the mind from obstacles.

a flexible body brings forward a flexible mind allowing change to be a friend not foe. to look at oneself with compassion, love self respect and to know that you are making the right path, even if the path changes more suddenly than what was thought- but that was then be now.
